Lower and upper back pain/stiffness:

Most of us will experience back ache at some point in our lives. Very often it will ease with no intervention, but sometimes it lingers and may even refer symptoms elsewhere.

For example, you might experience:

  • Simple lower back ache
  • Sciatica (pain down the leg)
  • Pins and needles or numbness in the leg or foot
  • Pain between the shoulder blades possibly radiating to the ribs or chest

or you may previously have been told you have:

  • Prolapsed disc
  • Sacro iliac joint dysfunction
  • Disc degeneration

Physiotherapy can help alleviate the symptoms, provide reassurance, and give you the tools required to prevent a recurrence.
