I believe successful physiotherapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the injury. By combining hands-on treatment, patient education and evidence-based rehabilitation, I work with each patient to create a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and goals. I firmly believe that movement is one of our greatest tools for recovery, long-term health and maintaining independence.
My professional journey began in a large orthopaedic and surgical hospital, where I developed a passion for rehabilitation while helping patients recover from injury and surgery. I have since moved into private practice, working closely with patients, surgeons and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting both the spine and peripheral joints. I have also undertaken additional training in the management of sports injuries in children and adolescents, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) and dry needling. Helping patients regain their confidence, independence and quality of life continues to inspire me every day.
Outside the clinic, movement has always been an important part of my life. I trained in classical ballet for 15 years, performed in numerous productions, and continue to enjoy swimming. I am also a keen flautist and have performed with orchestras for more than a decade.
