Osgood Schlatter Syndrome

Osgood Schlatter Syndrome is knee pain that is most common in active adolescents, and also more common in young boys. The pain is felt at the top of the shin bone, just below the knee cap. It can be caused by tight and weak muscles pulling on an area that is part of the growing skeleton. Our physios can help ease the symptoms, and provide an exercise program to hasten the return to sport.
